Fee Structure

Criminal trials are complex procedures that can vary dramatically in terms of time and expense from one case to the next. As a result, it is impossible to determine the exact cost of legal representation over the course of a trial, and any defence attorney who offers an advance guarantee of total cost may not be performing all due diligence in the case.

John’s legal fee structure operates in two distinct categories, depending on the circumstance: a block fee that covers a specific set of a circumstances such as single bail hearing appearance, or an hourly fee that is available for specific consultations and other types of work. Each case is different and will have different requirements, and so a complete estimate will not be available at the beginning of an engagement.

Please note that there is NO guarantee of success in Criminal Court. Although we at all times will strive our utmost to achieve the best result we make no promises of any kind. The Court process is complex and the variables are too great to even predict the outcome in any particular case.
